We found good value in the Monday Night Football matchup between the Rams and Packers at Lambeau Field.

Lock in on player prop lines for Rams RB Cam Akers. Oddsmakers have his lines at O/U 55.5 rushing yards and O/U 0.5 touchdowns. Green Bay’s defense has not lived up to the preseason hype and they’ve faced plenty of injuries. They are ranked 30th in the NFL in rushing defense, allowing 154.8 yds/game on the ground. However, they have been good in the passing game ranking 3rd in opponent passing yards. Expect Baker Mayfield to struggle tonight, meaning lots of the running game. Sean McVay’s offense needs to run the ball to open up play action and other motion sets. Akers was in the dog house early this year seeing little to no playing time. Once the Rams got rid of Darrell Henderson Jr. he has seen an uptick in workload, going for 60+ yards in 2 of his last 4 games. Line functionality is huge here. Akers has averaged just 34 rushing yds/game this season. Yet, oddsmakers have his line upwards of 55.5 yards. They see the great matchup and expect the Rams to pound the ball with Baker still getting accustomed to the new offense and having very few weapons in the passing game. Akers has become their workhorse back and should see 15-20 carries tonight.
